• Design an appropriate route to ensure a safe and exciting experience for participants of all levels.• Meet and greet runners, introducing new participants to the group. Go over the route, the workout, and how members can measure their intensity to achieve best results. • Make sure that no one is left behind during the run, pair people up or establish pace groups so that all levels feel included. Invite feedback and welcome members back after the workout. • Promote club runs and share run photos on various social media channels.

• Lead a team of coaches and run leads who deliver programming to runners of all levels and ages. • Serve as the local leader for all areas of the Life Time Run business including run training, social runs, running events, and member loyalty programs. • Promote Life Time Run programs including run training products like group training, custom training plans, and online coaching through social media, and in-club marketing.• Drive membership, apparel, and other product sales utilizing current promotions.• Grow run program participation through social media, in-club marketing, and local events.• Monitor program operations and training budgets, and adjust staffing and schedules as needed.• Build local key running partnerships including formalized partnerships with local running retailers, running event producers, and community partners.• Attend national meetings and provide updates to local management and regional coordinator.• Assist and support in the hiring of local run coach and run lead positions.
