Managing Quality Continuous Improvement at Home (aerosols, chlorinated, disinfectants, others) and Personal & Health Care Products with 5 direct employees, developing quality activities, reporting directly to the LATAM Director. Responsible for Integrated System Management across Brazil for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2008 including implementation of all ISOs and a new Quality Management Integrate System, ensuring ANVISA / INMETRO norms and compliance with the Global Manual requirements for Quality, performing global and internal audits. Also as KPI leader working to improving quality tools and sharing my knowledge to other Quality Teams in Brazil and Latina America. Leading all Quality KPIs (i.e. non-conformance, consumer complaints and market products rating), doing critical analysis and ensuring a correct and effective action plan. Beside this, developing activities as external quality, supporting and performing audits on distribution centers, co-packers and intercompany. As Quality Pillar Leader and a member of the Strategic Internal Committee for the plant and responsible for guarantee the compliance with GMP and HACCP requirements.Beside this, performing internal audits to ensure the standards, doing critical analysis management for quality KPI’s, developing action plans and improvements, ensuring the consumer satisfaction and developing new procedures if necessary. Support to R&D and MKT in innovations, developing new suppliers (packaging, technologies, and new products) and monitoring the critical ones. At last, I was responsible for receiving external audits of international norms (FDA - Food and Drug Administration, BRC - British Retail Consortium) and other national audits (ANVISA, Sanitary Vigilance, Management System, ISO, Integrated Audit) looking for certification.

Material planner (MRP) of packages on Personal Care Liquids (Hair, Skin Care), using long-term methods (Forecast) and just-in-time, performing KPIs monitoring, minimizing costs and maintaining the necessary levels of inventory (security batch, avoiding write-off). I worked to implement the lead time reduction, doing action plans and developing improvements (i.e. Kanban in a critical supplier). I had interaction with Innovation team, Comex and suppliers from other countries, creating a new flow for packaging import and increasing delivery performance.
