EducationSuperHighway (ESH) is a national nonprofit dedicated to closing the digital divide for the 17 million U.S. households that have access to the internet but can’t afford to connect. As a Data Analyst at ESH, I drive data strategy and reporting efforts that measure our impact and advance our mission. My role focuses on developing analysis and reporting to track our progress, while ensuring our data insights are accessible to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.I leverage my expertise in Python, SQL, and Tableau to create impactful data-driven solutions, and I collaborate across teams to communicate complex technical findings clearly and effectively. One key accomplishment was establishing a robust product analytics workstream to support a web tool that reached over 150,000 users and enrolled thousands of households in affordable internet plans. My analysis directly contributed to optimizing this tool, making it four times faster than previously-existing products in enrolling households.
