-Lead team in executing sourcing strategy in the categories of Corporate Travel, Tickets, Meetings and Events-Led transformational Initiative in the design, development, delivery, testing, and business rollout of enterprise-wide Procure to Pay (P2P) solution-Executed conversion to new T&E Corporate Card product for 4,000 cardholders-Managed integration of commercial payment product into Accounts Payable process, allowing Key to issue supplier payments via virtual credit card-Optimized and matured corporate travel program, including the transition to a new Travel Management Company, delivering $3MM in savings over 3 years-Prior to 2013, managed Human Resources, Finance and Audit categories
