I was an intern on the 2018 US congressional campaign of Mallory Hagan in Alabama Congressional District 3. My tasks include organizing and recruiting volunteers, data entry and database management, field organizing, and data analysis. Worked closely with the Campaign Manager and Field Director.

I was in charge of the Athletics project at Camp Nebagamon. Daily responsibilities included managing a staff of six counselors, planning and organizing 8 games and activities for kids between the ages 8 and 15. Also would plan special interest activities.

Planned, organized, and ran a color wars competition with 48 activities over two days, involving 270 campers and staff members. In addition, I taught leadership, management, and organizational skills to older campers through this event.

Similar to Junior Cabin Counselor, but with more responsibility and tasked with helping guide the junior counselor that I share a cabin with.Gained experience in making phone calls to customers, in this case my campers' parents, to update them about how their child was doing.In addition I worked in the Campcraft and Photography Projects

My daily tasks would involve phone-banking/ cold calling potential voters and knocking on doors. Knocking on doors would involve identifying supporters, helping them fill out absentee ballot applications, enlisting volunteers, asking if they would like a yard sign, talking about early voting, and where they can vote. After every door, I would enter the data for the campaign.

Our Fro-Yo was a small family owned independent Frozen Yogurt, Frozen Custard, and Italian Ice desert shop in Dunwoody, Georgia that operated between between the summer 2012 and winter 2013. My job included running the cash register, serving Frozen Custard and Italian Ice, maintaining and refilling the “toppings” area, making milkshakes and frozen concretes, making the mix for the frozen yogurt, helping maintain the machines and refilling them, and cleaning the store along with helping the customers. Several times I was entrusted to either open or close the store by myself.

Worked Summer 2013,2014 (With kids entering the 5th grade) and Summer 2014 (With kids entering the 6th grade). I worked directly with and was responsible for 6-9 campers with a co-counselor.I monitored their happiness, their health, their safety, making sure their eating and staying clean, having fun, and are learning and growing. I would Deal with homesickness, conflicts between campers, helping them through any issues they might be struggling with, making sure their having fun and helping them mature among many other things. Another aspect of my position was writing “Parent Letters” about campers to update their parents about what activities the camper has been participating, what ranks has he earned, who he has made friends, what he likes to do in his free time, and any special experiences that he has had, along with telling them how their child is doing.I also helped plan and run special activities and events throughout the summer and helped lead several wilderness camping trips with my cabins. I was also a staff member of the photography project, where I would help campers learn the art and processes of classic black and white photography, from taking the picture, to developing the film, and printing the image on to photo paper. A part of working in the project was maintaining the supplies and chemicals used in photography.
