In 2010, led integration of Sovereign Wealth Management into United Capital. Empowered by the CEO to run the day-to-day operations of the Memphis regional office (“MRO”). The MRO has offices in Memphis and Nashville, Austin, and Mill VAlley. Oversee the management and career paths of 10 associates. The MRO cares for 250 families with $345,000,000. Led efforts related to M&A activity that involved $25,000,000 in new assets from a broker “tuck-in”.2011 promoted to Vice President of Field Infrastructure and joined the management team. Established the Field Infrastructure Team “FIT” to focus on internal operational improvements at the enterprise level. Positioned staff to contribute at the corporate level and in that same year five MRO staff earned the highest honor of the 2011 Exceptional Contributor Award. Concluded FIT project in 2012 and now devote full attention to MRO. In 2012, four staff earned Exceptional Contributor Award and added another in 2014.

Agape North is a cause-based clothing company. When a customer purchases customized apparel from us we coordinate a donation of school uniforms to an under resourced school. In 2017, our customers helped us reach our 70th school, donating the 60,000th school shirt. Supported acquisition of an independent RIA in St. Louis MO ('06) and the "tuck-in" of two brokers.
