With over 20 years of experience in the laser industry, I am currently the Director of Advanced Laser Development at Panasonic Connect North America, Teradiode Division. In this role, I lead a team of engineers and scientists to develop the world's highest brightness, highest power diode lasers for industrial applications. I leverage my expertise in process engineering, design of experiments, and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of our products. Previously, I was the Director of Laser Quality Assurance and Reliability at Teradiode, a Panasonic Company, where I oversaw the product development and operations of high-power direct diode lasers. I also co-founded Azna, a startup that developed laser transmitters for optical communications. I am passionate about advancing the state-of-the-art in laser technology and delivering innovative solutions to our customers.
