Michael is a robotics and autonomous systems master's student at Arizona State University Polytechnic campus. His expertise lies in building environment-sensing robots that can accurately perform complex tasks by incorporating sensor fusion techniques. Furthermore, he has extensive experience programming robots using object-oriented programming architectures, ROS, and MATLAB, and he is passionate about creating novel solutions that push the boundaries of robotics.Michael has also developed multiple intriguing robotic solutions to solve real-world problems during his years at ASU. Additionally, he has spent much of his free time mentoring middle school and high school student engineers to help them build knowledge, skills, and confidence in the engineering field. When not working on robots, you can often find Michael tinkering with electronics, working on his car, or exploring the outdoors.
