I help to identify trends in customer needs so that effective solutions can be implemented, and regularly collaborate with other team members from all specialties to enhance both the customer experience as well as the experience of working at SimplePractice.I served as an anchor for a product specialist subgroup from November 2022 to August 2023. My responsibilities included organizing our recap presentations; collaborating with my colleagues to review regular and emerging trends for our group; maintaining spreadsheets to record and track trends, technical escalations, action items, and other group statistics; serving as a resource for colleagues who have questions about the material; and working with other anchors to brainstorm on additional resources and ways to further efficiency and progress.

I have personally fundraised over $605,000 for the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill's various projects, ranging from student scholarship donations to cancer research funds, and from academic departments to student activities across campus. I have trained incoming callers, as well as some of our veteran callers, and helped coach them as they learned the calling routine. I engage with alumni with authenticity and excitement, and genuinely enjoyed the connections that I was able to have on the phones. Further, I am proud to have raised funding for well-deserving organizations and projects that help make the University of North Carolina the excellent institution it is.
