Project Manager
Current- Host a pre-Construction meeting: - * Finalize a operations schedule for project.- Create an outline Project Schedule with key dates.- Review and adjust the budget- Identify key personnel, and subcontractors- Identify permitting or licensing requirements- Provide leadership for weekly on-site construction meeting: * Identify Safety concerns and prevention.- Outline completed portions of the past week that meet or exceed Project Schedule.- Look forward on week ahead schedule for each subcontractor- Identify long lead materials with updated dates for arrival.- Identify all RFI’s approved and pending,- Identify all submittals approved and pending- Lead a weekly project meeting: * Recap including printed notes from Construction Meeting- Discuss change events, Review for cost and or timeline.RFI approval’s- All closeout docs and QA/QC checklists.- Attend Operations Meeting on Thursday – * Review meeting minutes from Construction meeting, and Project meeting- Identify AP/AR status for each project- Compile and complete all Submittals- File and request all RFI, RFQ and EOR approvals.- Play an integral role in the development of projects by conducting field walks, assisting in value engineering, providing knowledge and field experience to project designs and assisting in the permitting process.- Develop pricing on subcontracted scopes and ensures adherence to scopes of works for project subcontractors.- Work alongside Construction Manager, Operations, Superintendent to bring projects to fruition.- Works with superintendent to develop risk assessments and HASPs, identify and implement best practices, and give jobsite safety briefings and toolbox talks throughout the project.- Provide and submit all submittals, RFI’s, RFQ, RFP, and EOR approvals necessary for project completion.- Manages closeout of project, to include system interconnection, commissioning, as-built updates.
