My career began at Regent University, where I developed my leadership and time management skills as a Resident Director and the President of the Intramural Sports Board. These experiences laid a strong foundation for my future, which took shape through two valuable internships at SAIC, where I developed business and technology skills by applying classroom knowledge to real-world projects.Upon graduating with my B.S. in Business Leadership and Management, I joined SAIC as a Supplier Relationship Management Associate. In this role, I quickly gained experience in managing relationships between customers, developing government-level contracts, and analyzing large amounts of complex data. During my time in this role, I sought out multiple technical certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Certified Scrum Master. My performance and dedication led to my promotion to Supplier Relationship Manager.As a Supplier Relationship Manager, I oversee supplier governance forums and ensure compliance with government contracts for the state of Virginia. In this role, I leverage my expertise in contract and project management to foster strong relationships with our suppliers and actively manage supplier performance to enhance operational efficiency. My commitment to collaboration and communication enables me to work effectively with team members and suppliers alike, driving improvements in contract accuracy and client relations.I am dedicated to continuous growth and am currently pursuing additional technical certifications to further enhance my business knowledge and contribute to our team’s success. I look forward to connecting with fellow professionals and building meaningful relationships that inspire growth and collaboration.
