Sales Consultant
Current• Hired as the first sales consultant to spearhead the launch a start-up automotive brand expanding into the United States• Sell an average of 10 cars per month whilst establishing rapport with customers, developing strong relationships, and accelerating sales through extensive product knowledge and support through the purchasing processes.• Assist in the development and organization of the internal CRM system, utilizing programs like eLeads, iPacket, and the manufacturer’s online portal• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely responses and individualized service• Optimize the organization and display of available inventory through the creation of a digital sorting/register system• Collaborate with service and parts team to facilitate the accessorizing of vehicles and scheduling of service appointments• Utilize the vAuto software to appraise trade ins, determine trade allowances, and negotiate pre-owned inventory pricing• Pioneer brand awareness by filming and participating in innovative media content used in advertisements and digital marketing campaigns
