● Created a one-year marketing plan and conducted market research on direct competitors in Jakarta and Tangerang. ● Entrusted to become the Person in Charge (PIC) of Yowish to communicate with online marketplaces such as Shopee Food, Grab Food, GoFood, and Traveloka Eats to approve and manage promotional campaigns. ● Assisted all Yowish partners throughout Indonesia in resolving problems such as dealing with Grab Food to report complaints regarding Yowish revenues that have not been disbursed.● Offered Yowish’s franchise to potential investors and businesses during Franchise & License Expo Indonesia and became Yowish’s representative to give updates and provide materials such as booth design, order form, marketing form, and other necessary resources to the franchisees.● Managed the company’s inventory and arranged the shipping and delivery of inventory to several Yowish outlets. ● Handled multiple collaborations with social media influencers and partnerships with other brands, for example Yowish x Oatside.
