Research, analyze, report, elect and distribute Corporate Actions to internal and external clients. Resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and manage controls/risks within all group functions.

Provide flawless execution of high level financial transactions that are outside of normal processing guidelines by reviewing pertinent documents and coordinating with other departments.

Responsible for flawless execution of population/data management for all conversion data including creating payroll file specifications, processing all test and live payroll files during conversion, and reconciling plan data and assets to the corresponding records.Assists peers and team members with issue resolution and training efforts. Participates in special projects and performs other related activities as assigned.Received 4 Teamwork awards, 2 Star awards and was chosen to work on many departmental initiatives to implement new/improved work flows.
