Leading the overall design for the entire team in building a fixed wing UAV to compete at the SAE Aero Design competition

• Member of the electronics team where I designed the propulsion circuit to optimize performance and reduce power loss• Experimented with and designed the controls used to operate the airplane• Gained basic testing and manufacturing experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and CO2 laser cutters

• Leading a team developing active stabilization and stability simulations using programs such as X-plane, XLFR5, and Simulink• Led the design and implementation of all electronics and controls on the aircraft which placed 3rd overall at the 2024 SAE Aero Design West Competition

Developed a new method for protoacoustic dose reconstruction which has the potential to greatly increase the accuracy of proton therapy when treating cancer patients

• Developed a continuous-wave Doppler ultrasound system using analog-front-end ICs• Simulated a new imaging method using row-column ultrasound arrays for ultrafast 3D imaging

• Worked with a group of graduate students developing novel methods of ultrasound imaging, such as wearable probes and 3D imaging techniques.• Personally developed simulations for a wearable 3D cardiac ultrasound probe.• Learned about and was exposed to many of the challenges of developing the hardware for ultrasound transducers and other nano scale devices.

• Developed lesson plans, coached classes, and enjoyed being able to have a positive impact on the community • Coaching part time throughout high school and university helped developed effective time management skills as well as foster a love for teaching and mentorship
