My team ensures the security, reliability, and efficiency of the systems and applications that enable the business operations and customer satisfaction. I have extensive expertise in Entra ID, M365, as well as Device Management across Intune, ConfigMgr, OS Deployment, application deployment for various platforms. I have successfully led and implemented several projects to migrate, upgrade, and optimize the IT environment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
