As a Veteran, I understand making that transition can be difficult. As part of this group, I provide training and assist transitioning military personnel on their journey to find civilian jobs. My goal is to help a fellow Veteran make the right connection which to me can make all the difference in the world.Project Transition USA is a 501c3 non-profit.

Macdill AFB

• Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes for the office of the Inspector General.
• Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used.
• Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
• Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Develops exercise and inspection scenarios for installation wide implementation.
• Conducts compliance inspections for all congressionally mandated programs and any Wing Commander directed areas.

Macdill AFB, Florida

• Planned, organized, and managed the duties of subordinate staff to ensure that the work was accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
• Directed activities related to dispatching, routing, or tracking transportation vehicles, such as aircraft or railroad cars.
• Monitored operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, union contracts, environmental policies, or government regulations.

• Served as a liaison between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
