At the core of who I am as a journalist, I am a passionate and expressive person who is fueled by the desire to inform others and myself about the world around us. I have over 25 years of experience in live television news. In my current role, I produce the 6 a.m. - 7 a.m. hour of an early morning newscast at a FOX O&O station in a Top 10 market. I've also served in other challenging roles throughout my career that include Photographer, Editor, Writer, and Special Projects Producer.If you look even deeper, you'll find nearly 20 years of line producing experience in various demanding situations including local, national, and international breaking news along with severe weather that encompasses at least 3 hurricanes in Louisiana.Additionally, I have educational training at the undergraduate and graduate levels, plus a proven record of positive relationships with managers, supervisors, co-workers, and viewers.
