Recruitment:❖ Collaborate with department heads to set qualification criteria for future employees,define hiring needs, and develop job descriptions.❖ Create and publish job ads in various portals.❖ Source potential candidates from various channels. ❖ Screen resumes and job applications.❖ Interview candidates through phone and in-person face to face for juniors and mid-level.❖ Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.❖ Host and participate in job fairs.❖ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.❖ Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.❖ Send job offer emails and answer queries about comp & ben.___ Training & Development:❖ Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives training needs and priorities.❖ Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.❖ Continuously improve training processes and methodologies based on feedback and best practices.❖ Coordinate training activities, including scheduling, logistics, venue arrangements, equipment setup, and materials preparation.❖ Assist in the development of training materials and resources, such as presentations and handouts.❖ Track training attendance, completion, and feedback.❖ Serve as a point of contact for trainers, facilitators, and participants.❖ Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and surveys.❖ Handle administrative tasks related to training, such as budget tracking and invoice processing.❖ Maintain training records and track attendance, evaluations, and other relevant data to measure the effectiveness of training programs.❖ Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding training opportunities, career development pathways, and skill enhancement programs.
