As a Real Estate Project Manager, I strive to ensure that our Team has the knowledge and success, negotiating Leases on behalf of our respective clients and to make sure we are meeting our goals set forth by Smartlink. Sharing important experiences along my journey as a Real Estate Specialist, ensures that we build relationships with our client, but also with our Clients Landlord to secure future tenancy and allow for continued growth as technology advances. As we negotiate amicable terms for both parties, our goal is to prepare a financial deal summary for client review regarding the value of the negotiated deal per carrier specifications. Following all required approvals from our client, we’re provided and Executable to be prepared and completed by both parties.
