Supports internal and external cliens network issues and concerns through email, phone and on-site visit.2. Handles ticket (Support System) from assignment status up to resolution.3. Troubleshoots the client’s concern and provides resolution effectively.4. Secures Job Order Form prior going out to the client for on-site support.5. Informs superiors for pending issues.6. Sends activity report to concerned recipients after the activity within 2 working hours.7. Submits signed Job Order Form to Technical Coordinator.Quarterly Health Check1. Confirms availability of schedule.2. Prepares Health Check Checklist.3. Secures Job Order Form prior going out to the client.4. Performs Health Check and notes the issues on checklist.5. Resolves the issues found and raised by the client.6. Presents the Job Order Form to be signed by the client.7. Submits signed Job Order Form and Health Check Checklist to Technical Coordinator.8. - Practices expertise in both pre-sales and post-sales activities.- Conducts product demonstration regarding Kaseya Virtual Systems Administration (VSA) and other add-on modules of Kaseya (ex. Kaseya Anti-Virus, Kaseya Imaging and Deployment, Kaseya Mobility, Kaseya Network Monitor, etc.).- Conduct Proof-of-Concept to prospective customers.- Reponds to customer technical queries via email and phone call.- Conducts end-user training as part of the implementation process.- Prepares necessary pre-sales materials such as demo presentation and POC Plan.- Prepares necessary post-sales materials such as implementation plan, scope of work, configuration documents and training materials.
