Main Responsibilities consisted of all recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires. Training on all standards including sales, culture, and policies. As well as creating a competitive, fun, and engaging work culture for all team members and leadership. My department included two team leads, 10 brand ambassadors, and over 80 team members. Achieved a symbol of success award because of a 20% sales increase in one year and put our team in the top 5% stores in the country. Also was in charge of all social media and marketing for our store which included customer engagement through our mobile app, instagram, and Facebook.

Managed conference center programs, Summer camp director, Lead recruitment, staff trainings and development, Set goals and guidelines for all staff. Campus events, Assisted in managing all interns for all campuses.

As a mobilization representative I traveled to school around the country and activated them on our company's most recent campaign. This included putting on daily presentations at middle school, high school, and universities. I also worked in our Advocacy department and mobilized people across the country to participate and lead over 66 lobby meetings in over 35 and in a three month timeline.
