Has been involved in manufacturing for thirty plus years, starting as a process engineer at Intel Corp. assembly plant in Barbados and working all the way up the ladder. Has been involved in several aspects and functions of the manufacturing operation including Engineering, Production, training, Quality Assurance through to operations and plant management. Has worked with several international companies such as Barbados Computer Assembly (a subsiduary of Transducer Systems Inc), Bondhus Corp., Electronic Devices Inc., Kaufel Caribbean Inc. (a subsiduary of Kaufel Group Ltd and later Thomas and Betts) since those early days at Intel (Barbados)Specialties: Has been involved in a number of successful operation start up, namely EDI (Barbados), a Kaufel Caribbean Inc. relocation and start-up, the operations transfer from Barbados to Mexico and subsequent Mexican startup, providing technical support and the most recent start up of the Artel CIMTEC Inc operation.Have had significant amounts of technical training over the years in Manufacturing Engineering,, Quality Technology plus several supervisory and managerial training courses.
