Sr Support Engineer - 4G/5G based Ericsson software and hardware on pNF and vNF based platforms.• Provide technical support for the installed base as well as new deployment of Ericsson's Wireless CDMA/GSM/LTE/VOLTE IMS System in the domestic (US) and global market place. Required to work under limited supervision and direction to analyze and correct technical problems that may occur on a customer's network.
