Provided peer feedback, supervised incoming staff and students, and provided staff training. Coordinated multiple projects and committees to improve current practices. Utilized motivational interviewing to assess and engage with the people on the unit to evaluate safety. Reviewed commitment protocols and attended hearings when appropriate. Connected those on the unit with aftercare in the community.
