Experienced - most of two hard working decades - in the corporate world/office environment, having learned, led, and developed both team members and operational processes/policies/procedures, ensuring improvement and growth in as many of the deliverable/measurable metrics of the various positions I was responsible for as possible - with multiple years of effort in each progressive position, spanning (whether directly or via collaboration) every level - from entry to executive.Beyond the corporate office world, I also have multiple years of experience in widely different positions across several distinct sectors in the business world. From retail, to construction, to medical and my time in the OR at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston, and several other unique sectors in between, I have made significant contributions and created innovation in many endeavors - establishing efficiencies and refining effectiveness in the realms of purchasing, spatial management, increased brand awareness and sales, applying new beneficial approaches to the use of "subject matter experts" to bolster lateral thinking and developing new methods/features and functionalities/new revenue generating channels that are the direct result of a specialist incorporating better practices into their specific day to day tasks, no matter what type of tasks those are.I'd like to mention I'm a life long musician (drums/percussion - over 30 years), and that the insight and ability I've gained in this pursuit not only makes for an interesting element in an overall company culture, the techniques and different ways of thinking learning and understanding music requires has allowed me to learn new concepts and vocabulary quickly, assert my natural charismatic leadership, and all but guarantee I'm able to "get the job done" - no matter what position or specific duty I've been assigned, even if the goal and the means to achieve it are completely foreign to me... I am fully trained to earnestly pursue and figure out what steps need to be undertaken to advance my purpose.I may not always succeed - but I have a track record of success - because, ultimately, all endeavors are best handled by a team, and anytime I reach a plateau or hiccup I cannot individually overcome, I know I can rely on the people I endeavour with to advance US toward whichever goal we set our mind to.
