In this role, I engineered and provided centralized ECM services for UBS end-users, leveraging OpenText Extended ECM (XECM) technology (DocWeb) for high-end document management. I designed and integrated ECM solutions, conducted capacity planning, and delivered change management and security-compliant solutions for UNIX and Windows platforms. Additionally, I documented test cases, operations manuals, and installation guides, and implemented security and audit controls.I enhanced modules and service upgrades in the latest OpenText releases, orchestrated integrations across peripheral systems, and ensured compliance with audit standards.
