I managed all IT hardware for DICOM Grid to include servers, desktops, routers, and switches as well as the associated annual IT hardware budget. Also, I administered the ESI telephone system for the company to include system maintenance, upgrades and project expansions/reconfigurations. I provided real time desktop and client support for all users and I served as the technical expert on the Product Development Team, leading all testing and qualification of new product releases and updates. I supported the sales staff during new client presentations and acted as the client's advocate during new application startups.

While employed by Sun Health I managed all PACS and RIS related activities. I served as the DICOM communications expert, troubleshooting problems/issues between medical imaging modalities and PACS and provided technical systems guidance and expertise to Radiologists real time, as needed.

I oversaw all on-site and remote computer applications for the Company including providing day-to-day client side support for the RIS, PACS QA, Imaging viewing software, and Dictation/Transcription systems. I also provided real-time troubleshooting expertise to Radiologists regarding system questions primarily related to Radworks 5.1 and Novarad 5.3/6.0 systems. Further, I resolved connectivity issues that arose. I specialized in DICOM troubleshooting, and trained Technologists and Radiologists in the basic and advanced use of all systems. I managed the LAN, WAN, local PCs, and servers for the region. Additionally, I served as Southwest Regional IT Administrator for the company which included 13 locations (TX, NM, AZ) with a total of 20 Centers.
