Responsible for the development and introduction of new products, processes and technology for MPC. Leading efforts to expand MPC's product offerings and technical capabilities, improve business and manufacturing processes, and support an increased flow of new project opportunities.

Provided Lean Six Sigma and Shainin Red X problem solving and process improvement strategies for small to medium sized local manufacturing companies. Lead teams through process improvement projects and provided training for defect reduction and productivity improvement projects.

Established a continuous improvement program using a foundation of Lean Six Sigma and Shainin Red X process improvement and problem solving strategies. Provided operations-wide training in problem solving techniques and identified, selected, prioritized and managed a portfolio of continuous improvement projects accounting for $2M+ in realized savings.Additionally managed Cognex's product services and repairs group, overseeing root cause analysis of field failures and the reverse logistics of warranty replacement units.

Managed the closing of operations of Rogers' Composite Materials Division in Rogers, CT. Responsibilities included Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Legal and Decommissioning.Coached and lead process improvement and defect reduction projects for all US divisions. Championed the revitalization of the company’s Lean Manufacturing program, establishing a Green Belt training program and value stream mapping for product lines company-wide.

Managed the engineering department for the High Performance Foams Division's Carol Stream, IL location. Lead the engineering team to unprecedented growth and improvement, including the commissioning of a new manufacturing line providing $25M in additional capacity, and the revitalization of a Lean and Six Sigma program.

Provided focused problem-solving support for Rogers High Performance Foams Division. Selected, tracked, coached, and lead $750K annual improvements at a $40M manufacturing plant.

Supervised 10 union employees in the value-add department while leading continuous improvement projects throughout the area with a focus on Lean and Shainin Red X.

Rotated through several different entry-level engineering positions at the Woodstock, CT and Carol Stream, IL locations of the High Performance Foams Division, including Process Engineering, Project Engineering, Development Engineering and Production Supervision.
