As Marketing Manager, my responsibilities included:-Creating and deploying social media and email campaigns-Working with graphic designer to create print advertisements-Building and maintaining segmented patrons lists for use in advertisements-Interfacing with digital media company to create campaignsAs Box Office Manager, my responsibilities included:-Interfacing with patrons-Being point of contact for front of house staff at theatre-Managing Box Office Employees-Building and maintaining seating charts for various theatres-Deploying subscription renewals for 3500 households per season-Determining price points for both single tickets and subscriptionsIn my time there Musical Theatre West saw its top 10 highest-grossing shows and its three highest grossing seasons in its 70 year history. During the pandemic, along with the production staff, I helped MTW pivot to a streaming concert format and multiple daily social media shows to keep our loyal patron base engaged. My proudest moment was producing the eight seasons of the Reiner Staged Reading Series, showcasing lesser known and lesser produced titles in the musical theatre canon like "The Most Happy Fella", "Legs Diamond", "Anyone Can Whistle" and "Brigadoon".
