CurrentResponsible for collecting data and building various maps that supported school district in managing assets, assisting students, and supporting cost saving initiatives.• Managed logistics and provided instructions to team members• Responsible for collecting and mapping the GPS locations of all 499 repeaters in district’s fiber optic network. Required traveling the district’s 93 square mile area to gather information. • Solely responsible for recording and documenting entire district’s HVAC and electrical equipment locations. Equipment spread out among 82 buildings. Data critical for facility department to effectively manage assets along with insuring being routinely serviced.• Created maps of various systems and subsystems in the district• In ArcGis application created online map program for parents of students to use to show bus route and times for students• Experience working in a versioned GIS database• Enhanced maps with descriptive photographs• Georeferenced internal maps of multiple school facilities• Interfaced with Facilities Team to enhance map accuracy• Collected field data using Tremble Nomad handheld GPS device• Created work flows of several GIS processes and collaborated with team members to use in their departments• Planned and coordinated necessary routes for effective and efficient field data collection
