Working alongside experienced Section Managers to learn how to work the M&S Way. 4 weeks training completed in a large retail park store with weekly taking in excess of half a million pounds a week. 8 Weeks previous training (and ongoing) in a smaller shop to finalise my skills and work towards sign off.This was followed by a stint within my own store managing a group of 6 team members.

Responsible for managing the flow of stock from back door to front stage. Also responsible for all flows of cash within my store whilst dealing with appropriate Due Diligence and Administrative work associated with the store and job role.This role was completed working across three different stores over an almost 7 year period.
