I ran the store while upholding all company polices. I drafted the weekly crew and manager schedule, finalized it, and published it. I counted the inventory nightly, and twice a week ordered the truck required to fill the needed inventory based on projected sales, for the upcoming half week. I handled the new hire process of new employees, and the termination process of existing employees. I properly trained and coached new and existing employees to do there jobs to the companies standards, and observed them daily as they implemented my teachings; and taught others. I handled all monetary exchange, from the customer, to the register, to the safe, and to the bank. I ordered change for the store on a weekly bases, and handled the petty cash for things the store needed: after getting HR approval.

I learned my job as quickly as possible. I then worked on ways of becoming even faster while adhering to company standards. After I was satisfied I was the best I could possibly be: I started to ask questions and learn my bosses Job.
