Problem solving, expediting stock that was delivered within dedicated time frame. Receiving of Stock.Ensuring warehouse standards are uphold to company standards. Cleanliness and Neatness, stock. Stock handling. Ensuring stock is allocated to the correct department or customer.Signing off transfer and Discrepancies. Liaising with the purchasing department on outstanding local supplier discrepancies and ensuring discrepancies are resolved within prescribed time.Ensuring all relevant reports are kept up to date and accurate (Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to National Inventory Manager) Receiving of all IBT stock, entering transfers on ACCPAC, creating and submitting GRN`s (Good return vouchers on ACCPAC) Assisting with International Receiving when Manager is unavailable.Incorporating new processes that will make the receiving more effective and ensuring the SOP`s are kept to and followed. Stock takes in own department and assisting with stock takes for other departments. Ensuring all back orders 7 days and older are picked and invoiced as soon as stock arrives from other branches liaising with purchasing, receiving and sales teams to follow up on stock orders (Receiving) and to get the back orders picked and invoiced, (purchasing) advising purchasing about orders with no stock and no purchase orders so stock can be ordered. (sales) following up with sales team with regards to orders older than 3 months if customer is still needing the stock and issues regarding the incorrect items on orders. (inventory) assisting inventory to investigate missing stock and stock queries. Ensuring RTS stock gets moved to the lockups timelessly in order to keep “no stocks” to a minimum, customer returns for credit to be inspected and either sent back to the lockups if in a sellable condition and if not liaise with the repairs department to have the stock sent to the rework department to rework stock and have picked and invoiced for any outstanding orders that may be available.
