CurrentI currently Manage a team that moves Finished goods to Durban and various customers via Road and Rail transport.• Manage a Logistics team at Solvents Business (Sasol 1 and Midlands site)• Manage a team of Logistics Officers. (2 Site Supervisors-Direct Reports)• Responsible for the compilation and implementation of BU Logistics Strategy • Responsible for daily weekly and monthly Planning Integration.• Responsible for the movement of Outbound Materials to Local and International Customers• Responsible for aligning to the PPP relationship• Responsible for various partnerships within Logistics Domain (JMRT; Transnet; PPP and LOC) • Maintaining a budget for the Logistics domain.• Compilation of Monthly report.• Deliver on prescribed Customer service based on an Internal Partnership Agreement with BU.• Meeting DOV/KPI Targets • Compilation of Documented Operating Procedures and Works Instructions • SOX Governance.• Develop the team to meet business objectives
