I started this job in my junior year in High School, and during every winter and summer break of my first three years of college, I would return to work here. Throughout my five years as a crew member, I worked the front counter, worked the drive-thru, worked in the kitchen, and cleaned the lobby. After a year or so I knew how to work every position and how to clean every machine, and was an expert on dealing with customers and training new employees. Being a crew member at McDonald's was a rewarding experience, and it helped me develop a lot of the mental, social, and professional skills I have today.
