Configure/troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical equipment in support of oil well and support sites throughout the Eagleford shale. Equipment and systems: PLC, SCADA, MODBUS, Telecommunications systems such as radio and cell modems, Guided Wave Radars, process control valves both electric and pneumatic, network communication, flow meters, and solar power systems. Installed off site power connections to include main disconnect, power distribution, and emergency back up power systems. Project lead managing personnel, equipment, information for construction of oil well sites. Communicating project status, Request For Information (to Engineering), Key Performance Indicators, cost reports, QA/QC findings, safety audits, parts/material orders, and as built red lines for wiring/P&ID drawings. Safety leader in behavior based safety program which achieved and still holds a TRIR of 0.17. Independent contractor designee for CONOCOPHILLIPS.

Loop check, troubleshoot, repair instrumentation devices in support of oil refinery operations. These operations required start up of level devices including interface levels; pressure and differential pressure transmitters; temperature devices.; speed / vibration sensors; fire eyes; PH analyzer probes; heater igniters; and control valves (solenoid, diaphragm, and piston). Required working in the refinery environment, following strict procedures and exercising strong communication toward the safety of construction, repair, and operation of units. Instruments included HART and Foundation Fieldbus.
