I have developed highly effective security solutions which ensured the protection of U.S. and foreign dignitaries and facilities including the President of the United States, the Vice President and visiting heads of stateExperience in Crisis Management, Operations Management, Government, Law Enforcement and Physical Security. Highly skilled in the coordination, oversight, and fiscal management of staffing, logistics, and resources for large scale foreign and domestic protective security operations. Published author of numerous articles on homeland security, defense and threat mitigation methods.

Oversee the planning and coordination of domestic and international criminal investigations involving counterfeiting, financial, electronic and cyber crimes. Provided strategic oversight to the 141 Secret Service domestic and 21 foreign field offices. Responsible for the administration and resourcing of 39 Electronic Crime Task Forces (ECTF) and 46 Financial Crimes Task Forces (FCTF) across the United States.

Appointed by the Secretary of Homeland Security to serve as the Federal Coordinator for the 2016 Papal Visit to the U.S.-Mexico border, a SEAR 2 security rated event. Successfully collaborated with 25 federal, state, municipal and private sector agencies consisting of over 2100 personnel.

Served as the Event Coordinator for the Papal Visit to Philadelphia, PA in September 25-27, 2015, a National Special Security Event (NSSE). Led the security and public safety planning as the NSSE Coordinator. Responsible for the development of the operational security plan and event planning of the largest NSSE in United States history, with an estimated general public of 1 million in attendance. Served as the Chairperson of the Executive Steering Committee and conduit between it and the 22 subcommittees. Coordinated all Secret Service assets as well as other federal, state, local and United States military resources supporting the event.

Directed and coordinated all protective intelligence investigations related to the source and criminal intent of threats towards Secret Service protectees and sites in the National Capital Region, in coordination with the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force. Served as the Protective Intelligence Coordinator for the 2013 Presidential Inauguration, responsible for the operational protective intelligence response and mitigation plan.

Served in multiple capacities on the Presidential Protective Detail, including the National Security Advisor Detail, First Lady Detail, Detail Leader for First Daughter and a supervisor at the White House Joint Operations Command Center. Managed protective operations during extensive foreign travel throughout Central and South America.
