Michael J. Breslin is a member of Kilpatrick Townsend's Complex Commercial Litigation team, and Chair of the firm's Fintech Practice group. Mr. Breslin's practice focuses on advising technology-based and e-commerce providers in a variety of complex business agreements and legal disputes. A significant portion of Mr. Breslin's practice is devoted to counseling clients to minimize business risk through negotiated arrangements, and to representing clients with respect to financial technologies, telecom, privacy and data security issues, and in complex contract and licensing disputes in both litigation and arbitration. Mr. Breslin is currently representing or has represented AT&T, Equifax, NCR, Acuity Brands, Nestle Waters, Georgia Pacific, United Community Bank and The Angel Oak Companies in a variety of complex business disputes or data security issues. Mr. Breslin is a skilled adviser on legal risk management issues and places a high premium on strategic business and pre-litigation advisement to minimize litigation and security risks to his clients.
