As Head of Creative Services Group, I have the authority and responsibility for day to day governance ensuring the operational effectiveness of the Group to deliver high quality, value for money 24 hour creative graphics support. Managing a £7.5M budget with 235 staff, to deliver creative services to the UK Firm, though an internal onshore / offshore and outsource creative agency model.Responsible for the creation, development and execution of the strategic development and direction of the Creative Services Group. This includes the promotion of the services as a global centre of excellence across KPMG. During my time here I have developed a number of key service level agreements (SLAs) which meet the needs of the business stakeholders. I have developed strong working relationships with on and off shore teams, to reinforce the “one team” ethos. I am always looking at ways of improving our model to drive efficiencies and intern produced cost saving currently in excess of £2.5M through the correct mix of on and offshore staff and agency spend.My role requires an understanding of all aspects of Creative Design services and the challenges associated with working in multiple locations, split across two distinct geographical areas. I am responsible for the strategic planning and forecasting of business requirements for the Creative Services Group, I am Responsible for the governance of 3rd party suppliers/contractors, ensuring that contractual arrangements and proactive supplier management to meet the business requirements. Furthermore, I am responsible for the Groups P&L including the creation of operational budget forecasts for costs related to the ongoing delivery of service for the business, and ensure that budgets support the strategic development of the function.

Managing a team of operational managers providing on-site integrated document management and Information Solutions, encompassing print-rooms, managed print services, document control, mailrooms, creative design and consultancy services. Responsible to deliver innovative, high-quality, cost effective solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

Managed a team of Desktop Publishing and Document Production operatives. Responsibilities include project management, documenting and implementing new procedures, HR management and recruitment & brand compliance. Played a key role in the set-up of an off shore operation responsible for the writing of procedures which include workflow, document criteria, quality review and training.

Responsible for service delivery of Presentation, Mail, FM Management and Reprographics services across various Banking, Legal and Advisory clients.
