As Senior Project Manager, will be responsible for defining scope and content of project(s) and identifying work deliverables and milestones. This role includes interfacing with customers regarding project status, budget, scope, and issues, working closely with customers and Tribridge resources to identify and assure delivery against Statement of Work. The primary focus being to manage the overall process, assure content delivery from multi-discipline teams including internal, customer, and third party resources while ensuring project expense control. Other responsibilities include: assuring post-project QA and knowledge capture, proactively looking for ways to keep all time productive and using non-customer time for personal training, internal projects and administrative tasks, while also being expected to coach, train or be a Peer Partner to newly hired team members.

Managing multiple analytic projects ranging between new implementations, requiring initial hardware and software installs through to live productive use, and add on services contracts. At any time, the volume of projects ranging between 10 - 25 product and services implementations. Each project involving cross functional teams of up to 15 - 20 resources including developers, technical engineers, product and business advisors as well as analysts. Implementation clients include Baylor Scott & White Health located in Dallas, TX. A large 22 hospital healthcare system with challenges including mid-project General Ledger system migration and multiple data-source custom integrations. Building positive client relationships by providing clearly communicated expectations and guidance while creating an environment of partnership towards a shared goal. Utilizing forecast workbooks and project schedules to proactively achieve a successful project completion within timeline and budgeted hours. Yielding above average billable utilization (realization rate) while contributing to an overall team forecast accuracy within 4% for our business unit.Remotely coordinating efforts between multiple business units across the organization from Sales to Services and Support, to formulate and drive a successful implementation project. Creating a singular communications path through each phase of the project: contract scope review, technical and software install, system build, application education and productive use. Recognizing organic sales opportunities through business and application consultations.

Manager of Patient Accounting: Managed a staff of thirty employees. Responsibilities included processing of Commercial and Managed Care accounts as well as performing business and system analysis for accuracy and process updates. Project Manager: Facilities Upgrade and Relocation of Patient Accounting Department. Required range of responsibilities including office design, system hardware upgrades, connectivity and systems security planning. Project Management Team: Participated in overall team responsible for the expansion of the Ambulatory Care Center. Once construction of additional floors were completed, responsibilities included facilities update including patient intake process redesign. Working with a large cross functional team adhering to an overall construction & business timeline for a targeted grand opening. Site Manager of the Ambulatory Care Center – ORHS: Managed a staff of ten employees. Responsibilities included daily operational activities required for the main campus outpatient center including patient intake and registration. Emergency Room Business Office Shift Supervisor: Directed shift activities and responsibilities for a team consisting of 3-5 employees.
