Strategic Planning and Evaluation professional turned management consultant with nearly 30 years of experience conducting program evaluation, needs assessment and strategic planning projects. Working with primarily with public agencies and nonprofits, my work is increasingly at the intersection of Public Education, Behavioral Health, and Public Health. As a strategist, I have specialized in strategic planning for state and county agencies, nonprofits, foundations, and school districts. My work is focused on Alignment and Coherence, helping organizations set data-driven priorities aligned to their missions and grounded in structural supports and sustainability. In evaluation, I have led many mixed method evaluations of educational, health, and human service initiatives. I am committed to using evaluation as a lens to revise and redesign systems towards increased efficiency, effectiveness, and equity. I am also a seasoned coach and trainer who focuses on building the capacity of public sector, nonprofit, and educational leaders.
