• Manage & coordinate aspects of small to medium projects of moderate complexity from contract to completion.• Translate customer needs & requirements into detailed proposals & project implementation plans to meet their requirements.• Effectively communicate project requirements to project team• Maintain accurate records for job status, workforce changes, material flow & other processing reports for internal & external use.• Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies & services• Maintains timeline of project to meet budget & completion goals.• Establish project milestones & analyze costs.• Perform limited managerial responsibilities & oversee subcontractor selection process & work.
