Plans and executes Navy/USMC Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems and Intelligence (C5I) system interoperability/integration testing and readiness support. Efforts span field and at-sea events for Carrier Strike Groups (CSG), Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG), Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MEB), Amphibious Ready Groups (ARG) and Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) sea/shore elements.

Program Manager, Deploying Group System Integration Testing, Atlantic (DGSIT LANT): Direct agent for all supervisor-related administrative duties, operational planning/scheduling/execution, budget, command representation and technical reporting requirements. Supervised a high caliber DON civilian team, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and practices. Led a diverse team of Government Service, contractor and military personnel during at-sea and field C5ISR integration test events for Navy/USMC shipboard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems and Intelligence (C5I) / Information Warfare (IW) system interoperability and integration testing and readiness efforts, ashore and at-sea, for Carrier Strike Groups, Expeditionary Strike Groups, Marine Expeditionary Brigades, Amphibious Ready Groups and Marine Expeditionary Units sea/shore elements.

Deputy Program Manager for DGSIT LANT: Defined scope, requirements, critical milestones and execution of all C5I system interoperability and integration testing efforts, both ashore and at-sea, for LANT Naval Strike Groups and Marine elements. Led a full time staff of six program analysts and directed the at-sea efforts of 60+ engineers as the Deputy Program Manager, Deploying Group Systems Integration Testing, Atlantic (DGSIT LANT).

Combat Direction Systems Activity, Dam Neck, VA - Key enabler supporting Strike Group readiness and surge capability. Identified and resolved shipboard Command and Control, Computers, Communications, Combat Systems and Intelligence (C5I) ship and shore lifecycle modernization issues. Coordinated with Program Executive Offices, System Command Program Offices, In-Service Engineering Agents, Software Support Activities, and Alteration Installation Teams on interoperability and integration issues.

USS ENTERPRISE - Led over 150 Sailors/Technicians. Responsibility spanned complex maintenance and operations across all mission and C5I functional areas including: Combat Direction and display, Long-range Surveillance, Navigation, Air Traffic Control, interior and exterior communications, satellite systems and self defense weapon systems (missile and gun).

Commander Regional Maintenance Center, Norfolk VA; Combat Systems Type-Desk Officer (TDO) - Coordinated the emergent and continuous maintenance and repair of all Combat Systems and C4I systems on 69 ships assigned to the Mid-Atlantic region.U.S.S. DWIGHT D EISENHOWER (CVN 69); Radar Officer/Systems Test Officer (RO/STO) - Responsibility spanned primary radar, navigation and air traffic control systems. As Systems Test Officer (STO) and Departmental Training Officer, was responsible for all Combat Systems operational testing, maintenance and the training coordination for 250 Sailors. Performed duties as Combat Systems Department Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Coordinator. Qualified Ship's Weapon Coordinator and Tactical Action Officer.AEGIS Training and Readiness Center, Dahlgren VA; Warfare Operations Officer - Project Officer for all Joint Service Exercise participation. Specific emphasis was on architectures to facilitate constructive and virtual CG/DDG participation in Theater Ballistic Missile Defense joint exercises. Participated in the planning and execution of initial NAVSEA 05 Battle Group Interoperability Testing and the ATRC facility technical design and implementation of the Distributed Engineering Plant concept, including serving as Project Officer for Dahlgren DDG/CG lab and White Cell test nodes for NAVSEA 05 Interoperability Testing for JFK and IKE Battle Groups, including lab configuration, technical support, test conduct and analysis.U.S.S. CARL VINSON (CVN 70); Communications Maintenance Officer - Responsibility spanned all external communications systems including High Bandwidth Satellite, EHF and UHF SATCOM, Tactical Air line-of-sight circuits, Tactical Data Link and HF equipment. U.S.S. THOMAS S GATES (CG 51); Combat Systems Maintenance Manager/Assistant Systems Test Officer (CSMM/ASTO) - Responsibilities spanned all AEGIS Weapon System and related test coordination. Led the Combat Systems Training Team and created all technical and tactical drills for Combat Information Center training scenarios. AEGIS Mk 99 Guided Missile Fire Control System / Operational Readiness Test System Work Center Supervisor.U.S.S. NIMITZ (CVN 68); PHALANX Close-In Weapon System Work Center Supervisor - Responsibilities spanned all maintenance, repair and operation of three PHALANX Close In Weapon Systems. Qualified Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist.
