- Establish and maintain policies and practices inherent of modernmanagement techniques, contribute to the consolidation of the harmoniousand progressive environment of Verthic and its collaborators;- Manage the company’s third-party accounting activities, considering all thesupporting documentation, deadlines, policies and procedures defined by thecompany and governmental regulatory agencies;- Responsible for maintaining and managing partner relationships, accountspayable and accounts receivable, banks, contractors and payment obligations(property tax) documentation and required licenses, review relevant laws,contracts and regulations;- Prepare analysis reports, project postmortems and corporate reports, onweekly / monthly and annual basis;- Function as the company’s point of contact and expert regarding tax law,accounting and documentation and cost control;- Monitor and ensure that all operational, legal and company requirementsare being met in areas under its responsibility.- Support management of the company's projects, attending meetings,disseminating information and updating specific project management systems.
