My duties include:- Monitoring and updating all Westray social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram with news, jobs, blogs and custom graphics and infographics.- Design and development of all company literature, involving in-depth use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. - Update and monitor Westray Recruitment Consultants website and mobile app daily using custom built CMS. Working along side web developers to continually enhance website, implementing and maintaining SEO content. - Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics, and provide concise reports with recommendations on future spend based on tangible results. - Responsible for implementation of Google Adwords account, updating keywords/negative keywords and ensuring high quality score/bid optimisation.- Create and deliver weekly candidate email campaigns using MailChimp, to a database of 9,500 contacts, along with ad hoc delivery of promotional packs containing branded merchandise, literature and collateral to clients. - Plan and arrange monthly “open days”, corporate hospitality events, seminars and networking events.

- Responsibility for the marketing of the company product online & offline, and campaign planning with senior management.- Content creation for marketing collateral (print and digital) mobile app, web portal, website, and sales presentations.- Researching and evaluating competitor products, and conducting surveys and focus groups to design the user experience and steer product development. Utilising insight from research and analytic tools to learn and grow. - Responsible for developing all internal and external documentation, media, and artwork. Managing and briefing designers and technical personnel to ensure objectives are met. Personally contributing to design production, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Working closely with the sales team to disseminate ideas from initial market feedback, through to viable product concept, and finally a marketable product for sale. - Responsible for the complete product lifecycle, working closely with technical lead to ensure projects run to strict and tight deadlines and achieve KPI’s set by senior management. - Writing internal company white papers, to ensure clarity and consistency of product message to market. - In-depth knowledge of data regulations and the key contact within the company for Digital Economy Act 2010, Data Protection Act 1998, and Data Retention Regulations (EC Regulations) 2009.

- Preparing all marketing collateral for sales teams, and ensuring live product demonstrations were in line with our current product release.- Working closely with the front-end designers to ensure brand and company identity consistency was achieved.- Liaised with developers to analyse usage statistics to inform new product development, identifying and escalating issues to senior management.
