• Provide expert support to all on air talent, studio's and production staff, local & remote.
• Works closely with the Enterprise Control Center Management team to resolve and report any issues with on-air content or potential future issues.
• Works with Zetta Automation building logs from scratch when requested by programing staff. Confirming show clocks and show formats against submitted grids. Also makes source or content changes within a Zetta log when.
• Builds Zetta Live Studio & Live Remote Source Macro's when requested for a specific channel.
• Is responsible for scheduling studios, tie lines, & codec bookings within ScheduAll and then communicating that information to programming staff.

Nielsen Audio (Formerly Arbitron)

• An integral part of the Encoding Operations team, responsible for equipment configuration, inventory flow, lab maintenance, and encoder repair, shipping, and inventory control. Primary Duties:
• Perform functional checks and configuration of encoders and monitors prior to delivery to TV and radio broadcast customers.
• Maintain correct and on-time delivery of functional encoding equipment in accordance with established guidelines.
• Record keeping consistent with protocol related to the configuration and delivery of encoding equipment.
• Assist company technical personnel in the test and qualification of new equipment and software. Make results available to the appropriate audience for evaluation, including field testing.
• Provide technical and testing support to Encoding Operations engineering staff.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

• Scanned channel busses, search for inconsistencies and manually import logs for each channel into DAL automation
• Checked talent in before live shows; in the event of remote broadcasts, check the audio from the remote source, synchronize time, and dispatch an engineer to troubleshoot in the event of problems with either
• Refreshed the next day’s logs in DALET 5.1 and DALET Plus for every music channel
• Identified and report any micro-schedule or pre-recorded show found to be short to the Enterprise Control Center shift supervisor and/or respective Program Director
• Restored proper audio to channels that have failed to their emergency backup or tertiary source and submit documentation of the problem using the Remedy ticket system.
• Communicated unresolved and/or pertinent concerns to the next BOC shift

• Delivered game / show audio at the proper time to XM listeners.
• Updated PAD Data when the score changed. (PAD Data is the on screen text)
• Executed commercial breaks at the correct designated times according to the show / game broadcast format.
• Recorded the game / show and updated a log of any special events and noted the time registered on the recording clock for said event.
