I am an experienced Law Enforcement Sergeant with over 27 years in Law Enforcement. I have supervised upwards of 25 personnel at one time. I'm always looking to expand my knowledge and skill set in order to better myself as an individual, Instructor, and Field Investigator. I have experience in personnel and scene security, Weaponless Defense, Various weapon platforms, Tactical Planning and K-9 Operations. I have conducted complex field investigations involving theft, fraud, identity theft, vandalism, embezzlement, violent crimes, and narcotics trafficking. I have utilized law enforcement resources as well as open-source intelligence strategies in the course of my investigations. As a Sergeant and investigator, I have conducted hundreds of interviews with victims, witnesses, offenders, and officers. I regularly reviewed and prepared tactical plans, search warrants, and gave courtroom testimony. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
