Day to day running of Mainframe Emulation Environment, significant experience of JCL, experience of COBOL Programming & CICS System Administration, more experience with DOS prompt commands, VBS / AutoIt Script creation and Scheduled Tasks. Also experience of Tivoli TSM Back-ups. Working on a variety of OS's, Releases / PlatformsProject Lead on upgrade / migration of MicroFocus workbench platform to SEE platform, then subsequent move to MFED environment on up-to-date Windows O/S, explored cloud POC & successfully implemented elements. Successfully migrated Cash Receipting & Financial Information Systems ; Relational databases to Domino databases. Preparation for upgrades / migrations / virtualisation in parallel runs & thorough testing. Present project work involving significant cloud migration projects for third party hosted environments & adoption of exchange through Office 365 & Coexistence with Domino environment ...Experience of managing a team over several years, both as an operational unit & individual project based teams.
