As a Cafe Manager with a passion for eco-justice and storytelling, I have successfully managed the daily operations of Thirteen Pennies Cafe, a social enterprise that supports local families and community initiatives. With over five years of experience as a barista and a gallery assistant, I have developed strong skills in customer service, food safety, inventory management, and creative marketing. I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Eco-Justice at United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities, where I am learning how to apply the principles of ecological ethics, sustainability, and social justice to various fields and contexts. I am also an avid reader and published writer, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Arizona State University. My goal is to use my talents and education to create positive change in the world and inspire others to do the same.
